In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), copyright proprietors or their representatives can forward a takedown request to our designated DMCA Agent provided below. As an online service provider, we can assert immunity from such claims based on the DMCA's “safe harbor” provisions. To present a valid claim of infringement, you must provide the following details:

  • A signature (physical or electronic) of the copyright proprietor or an authorized representative.
  • Detailed identification of the copyrighted content claimed to be infringed.
  • Specific identification of the alleged infringing content to be taken down, with sufficient details to allow its location. [Kindly provide the exact URL for clarity].
  • Adequate contact details for the complainant, including name, mailing address, email, and phone number.
  • A declaration that the complainant genuinely believes that the content usage is not authorized by the copyright owner.
  • An affirmation that the information in the claim is precise and that the complainant is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, under the risk of perjury.
  • Be aware that under Title 17 USC §512(f), any individual who knowingly provides misleading information in an infringement notice may be subject to civil penalties.
It's important to understand that the details and identity in any copyright claim we receive could be shared with the party allegedly infringing. By submitting a claim, you acknowledge and consent to this potential sharing.
